Please have your order number ready: it's on the order in the app, under Orders.
Paying
- Orders are paid in the app, by mobile money: a payment request appears on your phone, and you confirm it with your PIN.
- If the request doesn't arrive, tap Send the prompt again while you wait, or pay later from the order. Still stuck? Call us.
Your order
- Follow it in the app, under Orders, from accepted to delivered.
- You can change an order once, up to 48 hours before it's due: open it and tap Edit.
- Build Your Own cakes: send pictures and a description, and we send you the price. You pay once you've seen it.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number and a code we send by SMS.
- To delete your account, see Delete your account.
