Delete your Royal Oven account

This is for the Royal Oven app, in Dar es Salaam and Dodoma. You can ask us to delete your account and your information at any time.

How to ask

  1. From the phone number you use in the app, call or send a WhatsApp message to Royal Oven customer care (below) saying you want your account deleted.
  2. We check it's you: we may send a code to your phone by SMS.
  3. We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

Please collect or cancel any order still in progress first, and use your wallet credit: it can't be paid out.

What we delete

  • Your account: name, phone number, email and sign-in.
  • Your saved addresses and saved products.
  • Your notifications, referral code and wallet credit.

What we keep

Records of your orders and payments (what was ordered, when, the amounts and the payment references) for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, and then we delete them.
